Purpose of Mission Trip: We are organizing a short-term mission trip to Mexico and
partnering with Eagle's Nest Church to help them run a family summer camp.
Trip Date/Location: August 15-22, 2026
Mission Trip Cost: $1500/person
Passport Required: You will need a passport or passport card. You will need 6 to 8 weeks for the passport to be processed so get it early. Go to travel.state.gov for more information regarding this.

FUNDRAISING METHODS
Support Letters
These will need to be sent out to anyone in your life that you believe might be interested in supporting you in this life-changing experience. With each support letter you will need to include a self-addressed stamped envelope for donations to be returned.
Support letters are most successful when sent early and to as many people as you can.
Organize Family Fundraisers
This might look like your family putting on a car wash, yard sale, or many other ideas you can think of!
Online Fundraising
Create online fundraisers through these platforms:

Work for Pay
This might be an official job or as simple as doing work for friends and family who need work done.
