NWC is looking to hire a Facilities Manager for a one-year on-the-job training process to overlap with our current Facilities Manager, with full responsibilities beginning January 2027. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of building upkeep, including routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative care for our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities also include supervising external contractors and a team of custodians, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who also desires to create a hospitable environment, will be an excellent fit for this position.
